The name of our restaurant, Kim999, is composed of the element Kim, which means gold and is one of the traditional five elements—water (Thuy), earth (Tho), fire (Hoa), wood (Moc), and gold (Kim)—as well as the number 999, which symbolizes infinity.

Goi cuon
Fresh summer rolls (2 pieces) filled with rice noodles, fresh salad, herbs, tofu, and sesame, served with a hoisin peanut dip. Option: gluten-free.

Pho Ga Cay
